Shipping Policy

At Petcart, we process orders within 1–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally experience delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday excluding holidays. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email when available.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Petcart is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control. If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Customs & Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

Multiple Shipments

Items may ship separately depending on warehouse availability and inventory locations.

Refused Deliveries

Refused or abandoned shipments may not qualify for refunds once shipped.
